The team you’ll join The Corporate Finance department creates financial forecasts and advises the StepStone Senior Management Team and Board of Directors on financial performance, outlook, and capital structure. In addition, the Corporate Finance team shares responsibility for public company reporting with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Investor Relations and partners across the firm to drive best-in-class processes. About The Role Summer Analysts will work in a team environment to complete quarter-end management team reporting, update financial models, and complete a project. Key Responsibilities Prepare management team reporting for quarter-end deliverablesGather and organize data to support KPI reportingComplete a strategic Corporate Finance project with supervision and guidance from teamAssist development of additional KPIs to support management team decision-makingUpdate firm internal financial model What We’re Looking For Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the futureUndergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028GPA of 3.2 or higherHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skillsTeam player and outstanding work ethic Why join us?
