About the role

Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients (entrepreneurs) get everything they deserve (and then some) when the time comes for a transaction:

• Collaborating with Analysts and deal teams to create financial models and analysis, pitches, market reports, presentations, confidential information memorandums, and other materials essential to successful deals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation year in 2028
• Relevant degree with strong academic track record (3.5 GPA or higher)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with financial analysis and three-statement operating models
• Working understanding of the M&A process
• Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
• Comfort using and directing AI tools to improve output while retaining full ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment
• Ability to work in-person, 5 days/week, in Denver, CO
• Authorization to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay

2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst hourly rate: $25/hour
