About the role
This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing group that advises on complex, high-value corporate matters for discerning clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, or significantly contribute to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and leveraged buyout transactions, and capital markets matters.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and advise on private offerings of equity and debt securities (preferred but not required).
- Contribute to venture capital investments and securities compliance work, including reviewing or preparing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams to support sophisticated national clients and ensure exceptional work product throughout each phase of the deal cycle.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Missouri bar license.
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
- Strong academic achievements and demonstrated excellence in drafting, analysis, communication, and project management.
- A proactive mindset, the ability to work seamlessly in team-oriented environments, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
