Corporate & Finance Associate (3-5 Years Experience) – Minneapolis, MN
About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate & Finance Associate with three to five years of experience in general corporate, commercial, and securities laws to support early-stage companies and venture capital transactions. The ideal candidate would have significant experience representing early-stage companies in connection with corporate formation matters, governance, and capital-raising transactions (venture capital, angel investors, friends and family, and otherwise).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in private practice or related in-house positions
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota

Pay
The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $210,000 - $240,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
