We are seeking a Corporate & Finance Associate with four years of experience in general corporate, commercial and securities laws to support early-stage companies and venture capital transactions.

Requirements

• 4 years of related experience in private practice or related in-house positions
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota
