About the role
We are seeking M&A Associates with five to seven years of legal experience in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. Ideal candidates thrive in a team-first environment and are interested in joining our national private equity M&A practice.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of prior experience in private practice
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota

Pay
The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $240,000 - $260,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
