What You'll Do

  • Create Exceptional Experiences
  • Welcome and support employees, executives, clients, and visitors with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and service excellence
  • Lead Meetings and Events
  • Cook up meetings, conferences, and special events from planning through execution
  • Manage room scheduling, AV coordination, catering, vendor relationships, and onsite event support
  • Ensure every event runs flawlessly and exceeds expectations
  • Support Workplace Operations
  • Oversee mailroom operations, package distribution, and shipment tracking
  • Manage office supplies, beverage programs, and ordering systems
  • Provide administrative support for workplace initiatives and special projects
  • Assist with facilities, security, and vendor coordination as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace services, events, administrative support, or a related field
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A polished, professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
