What You'll Do
- Create Exceptional Experiences
- Welcome and support employees, executives, clients, and visitors with a hospitality-first mindset
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and service excellence
- Lead Meetings and Events
- Cook up meetings, conferences, and special events from planning through execution
- Manage room scheduling, AV coordination, catering, vendor relationships, and onsite event support
- Ensure every event runs flawlessly and exceeds expectations
- Support Workplace Operations
- Oversee mailroom operations, package distribution, and shipment tracking
- Manage office supplies, beverage programs, and ordering systems
- Provide administrative support for workplace initiatives and special projects
- Assist with facilities, security, and vendor coordination as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace services, events, administrative support, or a related field
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A polished, professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
