Corporate Event Planner
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards.
- Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials.
- Cook up travel arrangements for attendees and staff.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications.
- Consult and negotiate with vendors on event-related matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.
- Able to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
- Able to analyze event metrics and ROI for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Assist management with site visits and contribute to annual event calendar planning.
- Support future event strategies by researching trends and incorporating innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with hybrid or virtual event platforms.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Thomas & Central) or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3x/week Travel: 20% nationwide travel
Pay
Salary Range: $70-75,000/year
