About the role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake's Corporate Development team operates across acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships — and as that activity scales, so does the need for strong operational infrastructure across the full lifecycle. We are seeking a Corporate Development Operations & M&A Integration Lead to own diligence support and integration execution, build the systems and processes that make the team run, and maintain visibility across our Snowflake Ventures portfolio. The scope spans Corporate Development operations, including M&A diligence and integration, and portfolio oversight. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable driving a complex diligence process and post-close integration and building the playbooks and tooling that make the next one faster. You bring structure to ambiguous situations, communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, and are energized by leveraging AI to build systems that scale.

Responsibilities

  • M&A Diligence & Integration
    • Bring an integration and operational lens into the diligence process, including evaluating organizational fit, identifying integration risks, reviewing operational readiness, and flagging issues that should inform deal structure or timing.
    • Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and help synthesize findings into clear recommendations for deal leads.
    • Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions from late-stage diligence through steady state (including change management, employee retention planning, and cultural transition), translating the deal thesis into clear functional plans, owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.
    • Partner closely with the GTM Operations team on commercial integration workstreams, ensuring alignment between deal intent and field execution.
    • Track integration KPIs and synergy realization against the original deal thesis, reporting milestones/progress, risks, blockers, and recommendations to deal sponsors and executive leadership.
    • Run integration retrospectives and feed lessons learned back into future diligence, term sheet assumptions, and integration planning.
  • Corporate Development Operations
    • Build and maintain the operational infrastructure that supports the full corporate development function — deal pipeline processes, diligence templates, integration playbooks, and the data and AI tools that give the team better visibility and faster execution across all transaction types.
    • Apply AI-enabled workflows using Snowflake and AI software to standardize and improve integration planning, playbooks, governance cadences, and reusable templates for future transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management
    • Serve as the bridge between deal teams and the broader organization during active diligence and integration processes — managing dependencies, driving decisions, and keeping complex multi-stakeholder workstreams on track.
  • Snowflake Ventures Portfolio Management
    • Help identify opportunities for portfolio companies to deepen product, go-to-market, or ecosystem alignment with Snowflake.
    • Support and manage the Snowflake Ventures portfolio — including QBRs, coordination with Tech Alliances on partnership opportunities, accounting and financial reporting oversight, and identifying synergies with Snowflake's product and go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus.
  • Demonstrated track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types including acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases, and mergers.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to hold complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without direct authority.
  • Clear, concise communication with executives, functional partners, and founders, showing ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data and AI tools and a deep interest in building more efficient, instrumented ways of working.
  • Background in software, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise.

About the role

Snowflake's Frontier Engineering (FE) Operations organization is seeking a Director, Execution Operations to run delivery at scale. Rather than operating in team-aligned silos, this function aligns to the entire business, specializing in a unique swimlane with a deep cross-functional mindset and flow. In short: this team runs delivery — think execution at scale. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Services Global Operations, you will own the end-to-end delivery operations engine — from resourcing and onboarding through ongoing capacity management — as well as the Execution mechanics that keep delivery healthy, including pricing execution, bookings support, and deal support. You will lead a team responsible for making the delivery business run with precision, predictability, and margin discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own Resource Management & Staffing
    • Lead resource management and staffing across the FE delivery business, ensuring the right people are matched to the right engagements at the right time.
  • Drive Delivery Process Optimization
    • Continuously optimize delivery processes, removing friction and standardizing workflows so teams can execute consistently at scale.
  • Lead Project Kickoff & Onboarding
    • Own project kickoff and onboarding — the backend project initiation that sets engagements up for success from day one.
  • Manage Ongoing Capacity (RTB)
    • Run ongoing, run-the-business capacity management, balancing demand against available supply and surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Execute Pricing Support & Guardrails
    • Operationalize pricing support and guardrails, ensuring deals are structured within approved Execution parameters set by the GTM strategy function.
  • Enable Bookings & Deal Support
    • Provide bookings support and deal support (deal desk, deal structuring), partnering with Sales to accelerate and de-risk Execution cycles.
  • Own Business-Critical Metrics
    • Drive performance against key delivery metrics — billable utilization, time to staff, time to start, and margin — and translate signals into clear actions for senior leadership.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Lead, develop, and scale a global Execution operations team, setting clear expectations and elevating execution quality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery operations, Execution operations, professional services operations, or revenue operations, ideally in enterprise software or services.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, with experience leading global or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to run day-to-day delivery operations (staffing, capacity, utilization) while driving strategic initiatives (process optimization, AI adoption).
  • Strong understanding of Execution mechanics — pricing, bookings, deal desk, and deal structuring — in a services or SaaS context.
  • Systems proficiency with PSA/ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Workday); SQL and AI-enabled analytics a plus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with sound judgment on when to use diplomacy versus firmness to drive alignment and results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. MBA a plus.

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this role is $226,000 - $297,100. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Flexible spending & health savings account.
  • At least 12 paid holidays.
  • Paid time off.
  • Parental leave.
  • Employee assistance program.
  • Other company benefits.
