Responsibilities
- Advise on pre-litigation matters and potential risks
- Manage active litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
- Support eDiscovery processes including documentation and vendor management
- Draft and review litigation-related documents as needed
- Oversee outside counsel and manage litigation budgets
- Conduct legal research and prepare strategic memoranda
- Collaborate with internal business teams to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school or international equivalent
- Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
- 5-8 years of professional legal experience in litigation and/or regulatory practice
- Experience managing eDiscovery workflows and complex commercial litigation
- Background in antitrust, IP disputes, and class action defense is highly valued
- In-house experience preferred, especially with a leading company
- Familiarity with the sports and collectibles industry is a plus
