Corporate Counsel - Enterprise Engineering

About the role

We seek a Corporate Counsel to support Enterprise Engineering, serving as the primary legal advisor for internal services, including AI products.

Responsibilities

• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for AI and internal services.
• Advise engineering and product teams on privacy, intellectual property, compliance, and deployment issues.
• Draft and negotiate technology licensing agreements and commercial contracts.
• Provide strategic legal input on emerging issues and long-term business implications.
• Develop legal processes and frameworks to enable innovation while managing risks.

Key Duties

Review AI documentation for regulatory considerations, collaborate on privacy-focused architectures, negotiate licensing agreements, and develop strategies to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes, balancing innovation with risk management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of legal experience with a Juris Doctor and bar membership.
• Knowledge of AI ethical considerations, data rights, and legal compliance.
• Experience in transactional, technology licensing, and working with engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, legal analysis, and communication skills.
