- Manage disputes across multiple jurisdictions, applying and coordinating advice under New York, Dutch, and other relevant laws as Adyen’s operations require.
- Instruct, oversee, and manage external counsel, keeping matters on strategy, on budget, and moving towards resolution.
- Partner with teams across the business to resolve disputes and remove friction before it escalates.
- Once a matter concludes, work with the business to close out risk areas and feed lessons learned back into how Adyen contracts and operates.
- Apply AI actively in your work, using Adyen's tools to sharpen and scale how the Dispute Resolution pillar operates.
- Support the broader Corporate Legal team on projects and initiatives spanning corporate governance, corporate development, and cross‑functional priorities.

- Available to work from our New York office and travel to other offices periodically.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
