Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, licensing, development, production, and marketing agreements.
• Providing ongoing legal counsel in areas such as intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of post-bar legal experience, with a Juris Doctor and active bar membership.
• Experience in private practice or in-house at a technology company.
• Knowledge of AI ethical considerations, consumer law, and regulations affecting subscription services.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: 6+ years of technology law experience and a mix of law firm and in-house work.
