Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and other relevant standards
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and timely updates are evaluated and implemented as necessary to address new accounting standards and regulations
• Actively lead and be hands‑on driving special projects such as acquisitions / dispositions, complex accounting and financial reporting issues or transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly global close, consolidation and internal reporting exists, supported by a high‑performing global consolidation system
• Represent the Controllership organization cross‑functionally to drive adherence with accounting and reporting requirements, high level of interaction and collaboration with other teams including Tax, Treasury, IR, FPA, Businesses, Operations, Sites, Human Resources, IT, Legal, etc.
• Provide active management and supervision to the Corporate Controllership teams with a focus on coaching and developing talent in the group
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee, provide recommendations to support strategic decision‑making

Pay

Pay Range (in Local Currency) $204,483.00 - $319,505.00

Chemours Level 31 Annual Bonus Target 32%

Annual Stock Amount 100,000.00 USD

The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
