Corporate Controller

Our client is an established, diversified company with operations across the Southeast. They are seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead all financial and accounting operations, reporting directly to the President. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash managementOversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and GAAP financial statementsEstablish and enhance accounting policies and internal controlsMonitor cash flow, AR/AP, and key financial metricsCoordinate with external auditors on annual audits, tax filings, and complianceSupervise and mentor the accounting teamPartner with leadership on real estate transaction analysis and financial insightsLeverage and enhance Yardi to streamline reporting and operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experienceReal estate experience (investment, development, or property management) preferredMulti-entity consolidation experience, including intercompany eliminations, preferredProven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate across departments
