Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Corporate accounting function working closely with a team of professionals
- Manage the preparation of the monthly consolidated financials using Hyperion
- Manage the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings to meet SEC requirements
- Liaison with auditors during quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX audits
- Review journal entries, schedules and provide guidance for the team
- Drive efforts to improve accounting processes and introduce technology solutions to improve efficiency
- Provide ad hoc reports and deliver special projects to meet corporate requirements globally
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Controller or similar role
- Must have 3+ years' experience in preparation of 10-Q / 10-K filings
- Good understanding of GAAP concepts
- Must have 10-Q & 10-K experience within the past 5 years
- Strong skills with Hyperion (3+ years)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with QAD (ERP) a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in accounting or finance
- CPA required
