About the Role

Classic Rock Fabrication is a growing custom countertop manufacturer serving residential builders, commercial contractors, and homeowners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We're seeking an experienced accounting leader to elevate the corporate accounting team and financial reporting in support of the company’s growth goals. This role offers a direct impact on business decisions, operational improvements, profitability, and long-term planning in a collaborative environment where finance is not siloed.

You'll own corporate accounting, cash flow and working capital management, financial and KPI reporting, and internal controls with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting functions.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Develop and present financial and KPI reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to inform business decisions.
• Work on acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required).
• Active CPA License (Required).
• Minimum five years of progressive Public Accounting or Corporate Accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, construction, or distribution accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory accounting, ERP systems, and internal controls.
