DM Stevenson Ranch is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, managing cash flow, overseeing accounting staff, and providing timely financial information to ownership. In addition, this position oversees the Human Resources Manager position. The Controller is responsible for support of 3 companies (holding the above entities) including one parent real estate company, holding all related real estate. The Controller reports to the company President, Chair of DMSR Board and the Hood River Inn General Manager, partnering and supporting strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing accounting across multiple legal entities and business types.
