About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience working with legal technology tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of contract law and legal ethics
