Position Overview: The Corporate Controller will own the company's accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, and integration activities. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to take ownership of the accounting function and play a key role in shaping its future within the Finance organization. Responsibilities:Own and lead the month-end and year-end close processesOversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAPLead technical accounting matters and serve as the primary point of contact for audit coordinationPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiativesLead acquisition integration and accounting process alignment initiativesDrive process improvements, automation, and scalability within the accounting functionOwn internal controls and compliance activities, including risk assessment and remediationLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects, partnering with FP&A and executive leadershipManage and develop accounting team members, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities Qualifications:10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior people-management experienceCPA designation requiredPrior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferredCombination of public accounting and corporate industry experience preferredExperience within IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or managed services industries is considered a strong assetNetSuite experience is a plusDeep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controlsProven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to operate independently and make sound judgment calls with minimal oversight Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesOutstanding health, dental, and vision insurance plansRetirement savings plan with employer matchingFlexible work schedule and remote work optionsProfessional development and training opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work culture with opportunities for career growth Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
