About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Corporate Controller to build, lead, and scale the accounting function for a rapidly growing healthcare services company. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This is a hands-on role for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting analyses for executive leadership.
  • Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities, and implement scalable financial systems.
  • Help build the accounting infrastructure needed to support the Company's continued growth.

Qualifications

  • CPA required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Prior experience within a healthcare services or medical billing organization strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Experience building, improving, or implementing a monthly financial close process.
  • Experience supporting annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting best practices.
  • ERP implementation or financial systems experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.

Pay

$180,000 USD - $220,000 USD
