Corporate Controller

About the Role

Addison Group SoCal is engaged in a search for this newly created position during a time of YoY double digit growth and transformation in systems and processes. The Corporate Controller will expand and lead a solid team of 4, reporting to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee periodic close, FP&A, and cash flow
• Serve as liaison to top-tier external auditors
• Participate in the company's corporate consolidation, technology upgrades, and implementation of business intelligence & AI tools
• Provide insights into key metrics with improved data analysis
• Partner with executives and BU Presidents in continuing to scale the business

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in defense industry manufacturing
• Experience with cost accounting & inventory
• Multi-site operations experience with a combination of large & small companies
• Confident presentation skills to partner with executives and BU Presidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to DCAA & FAR
• CPA or CMA certification

Compensation

• Base salary: $175,000 – $200,000
• 15% bonus

Schedule

• Onsite position based in north Orange County headquarters
• Daily commute to north OC required
• Flexible daily work schedule
• Four 10-hour days (4 tens)
