Corporate & Community Partnership Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Corporate & Partnership Manager to expand corporate partnerships, strengthen community engagement, and increase awareness of our programs across Montana. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, public speaking, developing strategic partnerships, and connecting people with a mission that changes lives.

What You Will Do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with businesses, civic organizations, churches, and community leaders.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate sponsorships, engagement, and sustainable revenue.
• Represent Florence Crittenton at statewide conferences, networking events, and community meetings.
• Deliver engaging presentations to referral agencies, churches, civic groups, and corporate partners.
• Cultivate relationships that increase referrals to FCFS programs and expand community awareness.
• Manage corporate sponsorship opportunities, cause marketing campaigns, and partner recognition efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership, development, admissions, and marketing teams to strengthen outreach and organizational goals.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, partners, and referral agencies while tracking progress toward strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase volunteerism, partnerships, and support for Florence Crittenton programs and the Florence Crittenton Training Institute.
