Catering Coordinator

We are Suser Restaurant Group comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table and Union 212 Banquet Hall located in the lakes area of Oakland County. We invite you to join our talented team that is committed to providing an amazing experience to our guests whom we treat like family!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Coordinate décor and event planning
• Communicate with Chef’s
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies
• Manage staffing schedules and labor costs
• Oversee and assist in set up and breakdown of events both on and off site
• Sanitize and clean the facility
• Maintain a high professional demeanor

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and punctual
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time
• Able to lift over 30 pounds

Compensation

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
