Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Corporate card management (Purchase Cards, Travel and Expense Cards, Fleet Cards)
- Review expense in APPZEN software daily
- Aid with employee onboarding and corporate card application
- SAP Concur setup users, training, and maintenance of user profiles
- Receive, process, and reconcile Purchasing and T&E card statements
- Monthly preparation and processing of journal entries related to statements
- Generate and review monthly statements for corporate cards
- Provide written communication to management with regards to outstanding balances
- Affirm compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Document Accounting Department processes with focus on ISO 9001 Certification
- Assist with preparation for annual audits
Other Qualifications
- Hands on experience with systems such as APPZEN, SAP Concur or similar platforms
- Computer Literacy, MS Excel in particular (Familiarity with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables)
- Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

- Anticipate domestic travel up to 10%
Minimum Requirements
- Understandings of GAAP accounting principles
- 3+ years of corporate environment experience
- 3+ years of experience working with HR, Accounting Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Associates degree required
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with SAP, APPZEN
- Pursuant of bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
