Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolve disputes and issues related to card usage
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
