About the role
Our corporate law team is searching for an attorney with 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience, excellent academic credentials, and outstanding communication skills to join our team. Commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required. Candidate would need to be admitted to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become admitted quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in corporate and transactional matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client goals
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance issues
- Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents
- Participate in mediations and arbitrations
Requirements
- Admission to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility to become admitted quickly
- 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding communication skills
