Corporate Attorney

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in corporate law. Basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience required. Experience with tax and securities, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance issues.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiation.
• Advising on tax and securities matters, as relevant.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on various projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials.
• High ethical standards.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Tennessee, Kentucky, or Southern Ohio.
• Bar membership in good standing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
