Salary: $225K–$315K DOE

Join this award-winning national law firm as a Corporate Associate Attorney in their Portland or Seattle office. In this role, you will partner with best-in-class attorneys in the corporate, M&A, and securities practice group, representing an impressive client list with a range of corporate matters.
- Transactional work
- Mergers and acquisitions

You’ll build lasting relationships with clients including public and private companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of corporate experience
- Oregon or Washington State Bar membership
- JD
- Strong academic background
- Corporate experience in a comparable firm environment
Schedule
Hybrid position with four in-office days each week.
