Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed in California (active and in good standing). Start: ASAP. Estimated duration: 1-6 months. Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime.
About the Role
Our client, a boutique full-service law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to support a significant sale transaction for the sale of a business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business sale transactions.
Requirements
- Active California bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate attorney with involvement in business sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and related due diligence matters
Pay
$95 to $100/hour, depending on experience.
