About the role
Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join the firm in its Las Vegas location.
Responsibilities
- Experience working with companies and investors in debt and equity financings
- Emerging growth transactions
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Day-to-day corporate and governance matters
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience of relevant law firm experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Skills
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Pay
Compensation is merit-based and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Schedule
The firm expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
