Schedule & Shift Details Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9pm–5am.Shifts: Be prepared to work late-night and overnight hours.Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. What You'll Do Monitor live casino table games accurately and consistentlyCorrect dealer directly when a rule or procedure is brokenPerform rapid mental math to calculate payouts, wagers, and bet verificationMemorize rules, payout structures, and game procedures for each game you’re certified onManage chips at the table (stacking, sorting, passing)Reconcile table banks and chip inventoryMaintain accuracy under pressure while delivering excellent guest experienceEarn new game certifications through paid training, tied to pay increasesMaintain your state gaming license Want to see the Gaming Associate role in action? Qualifications 21+ years oldAuthorized to work in U.S.Proficient in mental math (addition, multiplication, division and subtraction)Pass background check, credit check, and drug screen Physical Requirements Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a timeAble to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)Able to lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplayNecessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perceptionComfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when neededAble to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Why Join Knighted?
