About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Corporate Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative work, office coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal team operations. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Cook up administrative tasks, internal requests, calendars, files, and daily workflow items.
- Maintain accurate records, shared documents, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
- Support communication between internal teams, applicants, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Review assigned information for completeness, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
- Help improve repeatable administrative processes in a remote-first work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, operations support, or a similar business support role.
- Strong written communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and online business tools.
- Able to manage routine tasks independently while following documented processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Able to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures.
- Comfort working with confidential or process-sensitive business information.
Compensation And Work Environment
The salary range for this role is $41,000 – $61,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
