About the opportunity

We are expanding our regional network and seeking established corporate veterans, senior managers, and executives ready to transition their institutional expertise into an autonomous, independent consulting practice.

Please Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) partnership opportunity, not a traditional W-2 corporate employee vacancy. We specialize in helping high-level professionals exit the rigid corporate grind and deploy their existing skillsets to build their own independent practices.

Who you are

• 10+ years of corporate management, director, or executive-level experience.
• Possess elite skillsets in operations, leadership development, project management, sales lifecycle management, or business strategy.
• Grateful for your past corporate success, but actively seeking true career autonomy, schedule control, and asset ownership.

Compensation & structure

This is a contract/partnership position featuring uncapped, performance-based revenue potential and revenue-share opportunities. Partners operate independently utilizing our established framework, corporate training, and regional business infrastructure.

The selection process

Due to the high-level nature of our network, we vet all regional partners carefully. Qualified applicants will be fast-tracked to an exclusive, invitation-only Private Executive Briefing happening locally this month to review the transition framework, meet regional directors, and evaluate the partnership model.
