Cornerstone Brands Customer Service Specialist

Our Customer Service Specialists support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands and help answer inbound customer calls.

You will work from home. Your opportunity includes:

• Handling high volume of inbound customer inquiries
• Participating in a required upselling program
• Affording to make compelling offers and recommend relevant products during every interaction
• Assisting customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
• Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
• Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the QVC Group family of brands

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in Indiana to be considered. You will work from home.

What You'll Do

• $15.00 per hour plus shift differential where applicable
• Full Time, 40 hour work schedule that includes a weekly weekend shift requirement
• Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiries
• Actively participate in our required upselling program by consistently identifying customer needs and making compelling offers recommending relevant products during every interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
• Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data

What You'll Bring

• Provide a distraction free work from home environment
• 12+ months of service experience
• Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Navigate multiple systems and screens
• Follow our computer system requirements, including providing your own Microsoft PC
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
