Specialist, Customer Solutions

About the role

The Customer Solutions Specialist at XPO is responsible for providing a single point of contact for premium customers, utilizing available resources to identify issues, offer solutions, and provide information regarding shipments, coding, collections, corrections, and other issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for premium customers
• Utilize available resources to identify issues, offer solutions and provide information to customers regarding shipments, coding, collections, corrections and any other issues
• Aid in the training of current and new customer solutions staff

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Preferred: 1 year of experience working in transportation operations or a logistics environment, 2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction, experience working as a member of an integrated team, customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer, knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement, able to effectively cross-train other employees

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 1 year of relevant work experience
