About the role

Cornerstone at Hampton is a managed community by SLR, a locally-owned Senior Living Residences. SLR manages several assisted living and memory support communities, including the renowned Compass Memory Support Program and the Brain Healthy Cooking Program. SLR is committed to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families through innovative senior care solutions.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and support to residents. - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. - Maintain a clean and safe living environment. - Engage in social activities and outings to promote resident well-being. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

- Valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). - Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Commitment to SLR's Right Values philosophy.
