We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation details: Starting hourly pay rate $17.05, shift premium, work hours, vacation, PTO, holidays, 401k match, health insurance, etc. So we can have Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: they gave work hours: 2nd shift 3PM-1AM Mon-Thurs, 40-hour weeks, potential overtime. So we can include Schedule. We need to include About the role? The posting includes description about Caterpillar Remanufacturing and the position. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications and physical requirements. Qualifications: maybe top candidates also have experience etc. But we can combine. Skills: maybe list of skills. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details: job location Corinth, MS, disassembly I position, responsibilities list, cross training, tooling, etc. Basic qualifications: computer experience, read/write, interpret docs, Microsoft Office, hoists, knowledge of engines/components, communication skills, basic tooling. Physical requirements: physically demanding, high volume, changing temps, walk/squat/bend 15-30 min intervals, wear PPE, detail suit/respirator, respirator physical/training, lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs multiple times per shift, stand up to 10+ hours per shift. Job Bid Eligibility: agency workers need 300 hours. Additional Information: compensation & benefits offered! Starting hourly pay rate $17.05 (pay negotiations accepted & based on skills/experience). This position is 2nd shift with an additional 7% night shift premium. Work Hours: 3PM - 1AM (Mon-Thurs) 40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime. 80 hours of vacation with an additional 3 days (hours dependent on work schedule) of Paid Time Off (PTO) (all prorated based on hire date). 10 Paid holidays. Climate controlled work environment – most areas 100% 401k match up to 6% offered on day 1 of employment. Health, dental, vision, & life insurance offered on day 1 of employment. Potential annual performance increase. Clean/safe work environment. Paid holiday shut down at the end of the year (dependent upon business needs). Pre-employment screenings: background, drug & alcohol, post-offer medical questionnaire. Visa sponsorship not available. Relocation assistance not offered. About Caterpillar description. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please ensure you frequently sign into your candidate home..." etc. Also remove "Keep a frequent check on emails..." etc. Remove "Visa sponsorship is NOT available..." maybe that's not boilerplate but it's a condition; but it's not a heading; we can keep as a paragraph maybe under Additional Information? It's substantive? Might be considered condition but not required to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Visa sponsorship is not exactly those; it's a condition of employment. Might keep but could be considered legal? It's about sponsorship; maybe keep as part of Additional Information. But we can keep it as a note. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

... description about Caterpillar Remanufacturing and the Disassembly I position in Corinth, MS.

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility line.

Requirements

Maybe combine Basic Qualifications and Physical Requirements under Requirements? Or separate Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications (computer experience, read/write, interpret docs, etc.) plus physical requirements. Qualifications: maybe top candidates also have experience using Microsoft Office, hoists, knowledge of engines/components, communication skills, basic tooling. But those overlap with basic qualifications. Might be better to put all qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Requirements for eligibility (agency worker 300 hours). But we can follow typical pattern: Requirements = mandatory; Qualifications = preferred; Skills = specific skills. Let's parse: Basic Qualifications (mandatory): - Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data) - Required to read/write and interpret documents. - (maybe also) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Actually that's under Top Candidates Will Also Have. So maybe not mandatory. Top Candidates Will Also Have (preferred): - Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel - Prior use of hoists. - Knowledge of engines and components. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (maybe also mandatory? but it's listed under Top Candidates) - Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.) Physical Requirements (mandatory): - Job may be physically demanding at times and must be able to handle high volume fast-paced operation. - May work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures - Must walk, squat and bend for intervals of 15-30 minutes - Must be able to wear proper PPE. May require wearing a detail suit and/or respirator. - Will require respirator physical and training - May be required to lift/push/pull heavy parts up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift. - Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift. Job Bid Eligibility Requirements: - Any current agency workers applying to this position must have worked the required 300 hours to be considered as well as meeting all requirements for the position. We could put eligibility under Requirements. Now Responsibilities list: many bullet points. Now Benefits: many items. Pay: Starting hourly pay rate $17.05, pay negotiations accepted & based on skills/experience, 2nd shift with additional 7% night shift premium. Schedule: Work Hours: 3PM - 1AM (Mon-Thurs) 40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime. Also mention 80 hours vacation + 3 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, 401k match, health insurance, etc. Those are benefits. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. We have specific numbers. Now produce HTML. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
