Core Systems Workflow Specialist
We’re seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with banking core systems and experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
- Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
- Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
- Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.
