What You Will Do
- Provide support for continuous improvement efforts across the site
- Aid in improving the site’s CORE maturity score
- Help the site identify and implement improvements to how we work
- Utilize the CORE principles to improve business processes and results
- Coordinate and schedule CORE events, including assessments and events across the site
- Translate, distribute, and maintain limited CORE policy and procedures
- Maintain CORE data management and training tracking
- Develop routine reports detailing CORE activities for the site
- Develop basic communication materials that outline CORE criteria, goals, and assessment results
- Track the status of CORE projects and trainings
- Assist with the development and deployment of CORE programs and principles
- Manage submitted recommendations for process and procedural changes
- Complete and achieve CORE Apprentice Certification within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- CORE Apprentice Certification preferred
- Two-year degree in related field preferred

Role
This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range is $27.00 per hour
