Generalist - 1st Shift (Onsite)

What You Will Do

• You will prepare a variety of surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components.
• May include grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks.
• You will assist in the development of other team members.
• You will perform any aspect of this role in assigned area to improve personal development.
• We perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility.
• We perform job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures and policies.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
