Copywriter/Content Creator

About the Role

As our Copywriter/Content Creator, you will develop written content such as blog posts, e-blasts, press releases, website copy, packaging copy, and social media captions. You’ll assist with social media marketing and advertising, ensuring client satisfaction by authentically communicating their brand to modern, hyper-connected buyers. This role requires the ability to multitask, adapt quickly to different brands, and create individualized schedules based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the brand strategist in developing cohesive, on-brand written content for website copy, slogans, brand messaging, digital and print collateral.
• Write intriguing, dynamic, and accurate press releases, e-blasts, website copy, and SEO-optimized blog posts.
• Create original content while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Produce captions for social media and engage with audiences as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with consumer trends within creative and consumer industries.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in communications or content marketing (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO-optimized writing.
• Ability to post social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Traffic Junky, and YouTube according to marketing plans.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work individually or in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills to meet client marketing goals.
• Photography and website development skills are a plus.

Pay

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
