Copy Supervisor

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Copy Supervisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead daily copy efforts and shape compelling messaging across promotional and editorial materials. The Copy Supervisor will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver original work that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patients. This is a hands-on creative leadership role requiring strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and a deep understanding of the brand, category, and marketplace. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily copy responsibilities as the team's lead
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce original work
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand, category, and marketplace
• Apply strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities to the work
• Create engaging sales aids and promotional materials

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the advertising industry
• Minimum of 2 years in a pharmaceutical agency writing for HCPs and patients
• Proven experience developing sales aids and promotional content
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual abilities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
