Copy Supervisor
About the role
MRM Health is seeking a conceptual Copy Supervisor to join the team. This individual will serve as a brand steward and champion, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand, its benefits, and unique differentiation. They will collaborate with art partners to oversee the creative execution of projects across various brands and ensure the accuracy of all manuscripts, including referencing, annotating, and submitting for a smooth MLR process.
Responsibilities
- Showcase strategic thinking and creative excellence across a variety of projects, both large and small.
- Be an expert storyteller, crafting engaging narratives for both short and long-form communications.
- Have deep expertise in HCP-directed copy for high-science pharma brands, as well as compelling patient/consumer content.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of the brand, disease state, clinical trials, and competitive product information.
Requirements

- An ability to think strategically and supply creative ideas and concepts.
- Expertise in HCP-directed copy and engaging patient/consumer content.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $205,000, with actual compensation depending on factors such as current/former employee ranges, discipline, market considerations, budgetary constraints, tenure, and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is based in New York City and requires a minimum of three days of in-office attendance per week, with the goal of increasing this requirement over time.
