About the role
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Requirements
- Be professional and polite
- Be on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Act as a role model
- Demonstrate honest communication
- 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
