Copy-Print Operator
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and distribute mail and accountable packages according to schedule.
- Accurately produce copy, print, and scan projects as per written instructions.
- Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens.
- Inspect and ensure all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for use.
- Distribute client kitchen supplies and maintain inventory control.
- Manage copy rooms, stock general supplies, deliver paper, and perform basic daily maintenance.
- Support key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of work experience in a customer service field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
Scheduled Shift
Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
Pay
The Compensation range for this role is up to $25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
