Printing Operator

Responsibilities

• Support production goals, including quality output and 24-hour turnaround targets
• Execute media match tests, F.P.C. checks, and in-process quality control
• Help streamline printing workflows and improve related processes
• Manage print-related inventory as needed
• Perform routine printer maintenance, including changing printheads and cleaning encoder strips
• Replace ink supplies and run OPQs (Optimize Print Quality modules) between roll changes
• Ensure smooth handoff and readiness for the next shift
• Keep your work area clean and organized while following OSHA safety regulations

Requirements

• Experience in a production or print environment preferred
• Knowledge of RIP software (training provided on in-house systems)
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for sizing and color correction
• Basic to mid understanding of written and spoken English (used in manuals and support communications)
• Strong sense of ownership—each shift counts. Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
