About the role

The Architect is responsible for implementing complex architectural projects, including design, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. This includes coordination with other disciplines, supervising team members and ensuring they are trained. The Architect holds final responsibility for the technical quality and success of the project.

Requirements

• Active architectural license
• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a professional office
• Complete understanding of building construction methods and techniques
• Knowledge of major model codes
