About the role
We are a design-focused architecture firm based in Bozeman, Montana, creating thoughtful, enduring architecture throughout the Mountain West. Our portfolio includes high-end custom residences, mountain retreats, ranch compounds, resort properties, and select commercial projects in some of the West's most remarkable settings. Our approach begins with a deep respect for site, landscape, regional character, and craftsmanship. We work closely with clients, builders, interior designers, and consultants to turn ambitious ideas into highly resolved architecture—balancing creative design with technical rigor, constructability, function, and budget. From contemporary mountain residences to timeless ski retreats, our work incorporates natural and locally sourced materials while creating a strong connection between architecture and place.
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Bozeman studio and help lead the design and delivery of high-end residential, resort, ranch, and lifestyle projects throughout Montana and the Mountain West. This is a hands-on role for an architect who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of the profession. You will have the opportunity to take projects from early conceptual design and design development through documentation, coordination, permitting, and construction administration. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and internal project teams.
