Architect (licensed)
Description
As an Architect you will be responsible for both new or renovation design projects. Your focus would be working independently and collaboratively solving architectural problems for CDG's clients. Typical projects could include: laboratories, offices, maintenance facilities, warehouses, and industrial process buildings. Less typical projects could include: pedestrian bridges, greenhouses, trail head facilities, and substations.
Requirements For The Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Professional Architect license, or willingness to obtain
- Ten (10+) years of relevant design and documentation experience required
- Experience developing Revit models and drawings for existing conditions and new construction
- Familiarity with specification writing/editing and cost estimating
- Experience with interpreting building codes and development of life safety plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working within Industrial Facilities (not required - preferred only)
